ME Squat Day

Fucking huge day, destroyed my previous PR in GMs by 3 reps and hit a nice rep PR with 200lbs, I got 15 but probs coulda done 20, not a great idea to fail a GM tho IMO!! I reckon this would put me at damn near 300 for at least 2 reps.Hit a nice 20 rep split squat PR too.Did some abs and some curls to finish.Great Day.

1x4 120kg (PR)
1x15 80kg

DB Split Squats
1x8 30kg
1x20 30kg

Str8 Leg Situp Behind head
1x8 +5kg
2x8 +16.25kg

Curls 20 reps RP
