455 lbs @ 96%
475 lbs @ 100%

So, to recap:
Week 1 = 7 Singles = Average Weight @ 445.7 lbs
Week 2 = 5 Singles = Average Weight @ 459.0 lbs
Next week is gonna be tres difficult with 10 singles. Should be quite an experience...
