i hate bodybuilding.COM
so many idiots in that forum that are just there to rip on poeple....
ive tryed searching for threads there but every time some one posts something there some dick who starts fighting with them and the thread is cut off.... or youll see some one ask something like.... "whats a good way to workout your legs" and some one will post an entire shoulder routine and then end post with "you suck"
ive never posted there.... it would be useles... i just buy from the site
