DE Squat Day

Squatted vs a tightened up blue band today, basically threw a one board on and wrapped the band around it too, more tension that way.Kicked ass did my sets around 90kg with a tiny work up.Hit GMs next then finished with abs and curls.Smokin day.

DE Squat Day 2/4/10

Box Squat + Blue Bands (Tight!)
6x2 90kg
2x2 100kg
1x1 110kg

GM squat stance
1x6 80kg
1x6 90kg
1x8 100kg

Reverse Crunch
2x9 BW+7.5kg

Preacher DB Curl
15kg x9+3+1 RP
