Weight Lose without cardio ??
Hi guys N Girls,
Here is a situation my friend asked me he got gym facility near his residence and there isn't any good gym near his house. Basically he is going to start hitting gym just because of lose weight and build muscle of course but he don't like huge muscles. But problem is there is gym and nearly all the equipments but no instructor for cardio. Someone suggested him to use light weights and do more reps like every set for every muscle the guy told him to do 4 sets 20 reps each with light weights it'll help gaining strength and lose weight. So please tell me about it is it really gonna work for him ?
