That's not the only reason for taking creatine. You supplement with creatine so you'll have additional creatine phosphate, so atp regeneration happens more quickly. If you think that a reduction in the amount of water in the muscle due to caffeine consumption negates the effects of creatine supplementation, then you don't know jack about creatine.
