^^^ Agreed. When you consider the significance level of the dehydration...it's not significant. Yes, you have some extra water retention in the muscles when you take creatine. That's not the only reason for taking creatine. You supplement with creatine so you'll have additional creatine phosphate, so atp regeneration happens more quickly. If you think that a reduction in the amount of water in the muscle due to caffeine consumption negates the effects of creatine supplementation, then you don't know jack about creatine.
