uni overhead press: 42.5 x 8, 45 x 8
chins: 27.5 x 8, 25 x 8, 20 x 8
planks: +10, 2 x 45 sec.
last workout before flying out to connecticut tomorrow. pretty excited. hit a 5 pound pr on the chins.
