HI everyone,

My stack arrived this morning and I started on it straight away. I will keep everyone updated with my progress so that others came learn from my experiences.

From today for 1 week (7 days) I will take;
2 X ephedrine HCL (8mg each)
1 X Caffeine (200mg)
1 X Asprin (75mg)

Training

I will be taking this stack once in the morning (around 7-7.30am), my first cardio workout will be a 20min run at about 9.30-10am (the delay is to give then stack time to absorb into my bloodstream.

I will do weight training for about 20-30mins around 3pm, and then a 2nd 20min cardio run around 6pm.

Diet

I will be having cereal in the morning. Coco Pops with added vitimins and minerals, yummy!!

I will be having good amounts of veggies, and lamb/chicken steaks. In the evening I will be eating wholemeal pasta or wholemeal breads.

Today's Events

After I completed my cardio this morning, I had a strong tightening around my stomach area. It was almost like a cramp, but i don't think that it was a cramp as it went all the way around from side to side. Is this normal??

When I first took the stack this morning, my whole body started to tingle, and my heart started beating faster. not by much, but about 2-3beats faster during my cardio, my cheat remained loose, and i could breath fine, but my heart was beating twice as fast as it normally does during exercise.

Is this all normal??
