ME Bench Day
OK I am tired I need to back off a bit I think, I have been SFW for about 8 weeks straight I think and its catching up with my bench. Everything feels heavy in my hands. Anyways tried some 2 board work to see if things got better but they didn’t so I shut it down. Did a little push pressing and called it a day. Weird that all my lowerbody lifts are still going nuts but bench only seems to be stalling. Oh well I’ll take a big squat and pull over a bench anyday!

1x8+4+4 40kg (wow these have taken a hit)
1x1 Coke and a smile and hit the couch with the kids.
