Default Just started lifting & taking protein, just a few Q's

hey ive been training at on my home bench for about 6 months, but now i finnaly got myself a gym membership, so the real has just bagan



Schedule:
Mon: Chest/Biceps/Cardio
Tues: Triceps/Back
Wed: Shoulders/Traps/Cardio
Thurs:Chest/Biceps
Friday:Legs/Cardio
Sat: Cardio
Sun: rest

Im 5'9 220 lbs 29% body fat

Ive been taking protein shakes only once a day, after i get hom from the gym

i was wondering if i should be taking them during school when im not working out, and if so how many times a day?

the brand i have is Isopure Natural Whey Vanilla
