DE Squat Day

Another kick ass lower day, a few hiccups but went awesome. Squatted vs a blue band choked up tight. Used 100kg for my sets then worked up a bit. I think I hit a PR with the bands this choked tight. Tried GMs next glutes weren’t having it so I tried split squats, no dice. So I finally decoded on super wide zercher box squats for reps. These a re great. Finished with some situps. Feeling sore time for a small cruise I think.

DE Squat Day 7/5/10

Box Squat vs blue Band
1x2 90kg
6-7x2 100kg
1x1 110kg
2x1 115kg (PR)

Wide Zercher Box Squat
1x8 70kg
1x10 80kg

Situps
X?????

So I woulda kept going with the squats but didn’t have any safety racks cos the bands get in the way. Good workout tho
