ME Bench Day

Decided to bench today and rest this strained glute till Friday or so. Anyways I worked out why my bench has no power anymore. I have not been gripping the bar correctly. Its funny the simpleset things we forget to do and how much they cost you. That is now sorted, although my leg drive is pitiful, I still have issues on the bench press, I will be working very hard to correct. So enough rambling, I worked up with the idea of hitting a heavy double but was feeling too good so I went after a PR, missed the bitch by about 2 inches. Real frustrating. Did a bunch of 3 board doubles after which were way heavier than they shoulda been. I have negelected my lockout too much lately. Anyways finished with some barbell rows. Pretty good day, I have some weakpoints I have discovered so its time to go to work.
