Protein Shake Advice Needed
Hey all, just wanting to know what else, if i can, add to a protein drink. At the moment its just the powder, milk and choc syrup (for flavour). Is at all possible to crack a couple of eggs with it to help up the protein? Or anything else i can add?
Also i obtained an e-book online that instructed how much calories i'd need in order to gain weight. After calculating, it said i'd roughly need 5000 calories a day :o Is this right for someone thats 165 pounds and fairly active? Ive got a high metabolism and its quite annoyin, especially bein 6'5".
