DE Squat Day
Last week of this wave,went to work with a blue and yellow band, used 100kg of bar weight, damn that shit was heavy at the top. Glute/ham wasn’t having GMs next, I am getting frustrated cos it felt fine all through box squats, so I hit my abs hard and did a buttload of RHs.I need to get this pain away, I have to get back to some split squats and GMs those 2 exercises build my squat like nothing else.
