Floor pressed for 5s today, man 5s are like cardio LOL will work up more next week.Possibly for triples.Hit 6 sets with 2 plates.Moved to Military press next, wow I need to do these more I suck and they always hurt my back when I go heavy.Finished with skullcrushers and these cable rows I saw somewhere DC I think, awesome for size I'll find a vid.
