I stumbled across this site and read some interesting posts and saw that not everyone on this forum is a douche so I'm glad to be on board. Name's Mike, I look forward to having intellectual conversations about training. Oh noob question but I read alot of posts favoring towards the strength building aspect of training rather than volume work. Do most of you posters here emphasize strength training also?
