I'm a little confused by what your saying. Are you saying you do cardio for an hour and 45 min? Or is there weight training involved. Sure would like to see your diet. You have to bulk if you want to put on mass which means the BF is going up. And your cycle is terrible. If your going to bulk you can use the dbol but add test at the very lest andy maybe deca. Save the winny and anavar for when your ready to lean back out.
