Well I'm not too sad I didn't make it. I actually expected it. 10lb less than my current max and 165lb was the max before that.... So some good progress here.

I made my deadlift goal... just ... a real hairy pull but I was determined to get it.

Tried pull downs today. No idea what this machine weight is in as far as units.

Bar + 2.5lb plates looks so bad @ss! lol
