need some judgements on bulking
alright, is bulking year around okay? i have always just lifted to get big never to get cut and i started dieting to lose weight i went from 198 to 181 and i just wasnt happy i just looked small :/ :/ i mean i was happy cuz i lost some fat but i hated not looking big, but my question is is it stupid to bulk all the time maybe have a little stomach but just look massive?
