Actually, diabetics are recommended NOT to get their EFAs through supplements. As for the product mentioned, while it is a great "deal," I personally take a single dose fish oil from Vitamin World. 950 mg of EPA/DHA per soft gel, and a higher quality than what you would get at Costco, WalMart, etc. -EK
