DE Bench Day
Benched vs 2 yellows today, speed was ok, actually felt a bit tired probs from the squat workout Friday. Did sets of 5 again and then moved to Militarys. These were tough but I managed to progress. Finished with a lot of cable rows.

4x5 55kg (a little slow)

3x7 35kg
DC Cable Rows
5 sets up to 92kg x 8
