Thoughts
Well I was planning on having a re-attempt at my maxes today... well I walk into the gym and it's so hot and humid in there that the mirrors are steaming up. WTF!?!?!!! Needless to say I lifted like a big sack of shit and I should have just called the whole day off.
Major piss off because I *know* I have that 295lb squat on a good day. ARG.
