Hello I'm Sam, 21 from Scotland (UK). I will class myself as a newbie at the the moment.

I have been weight training consistantly for about 6 months now and finally seeing good results. I figure that now things are getting more serious i should seek other opinions and advice from experienced body builders on nutrition, routines etc. This forum has a good rating on Stumble upon helping me to decide I should sign up here so hello fellow Stumble users.
