DE Squat Day

No motivation today, just zilch.No way was I going at it with bands! So I just box squatted with no bands and worked up to a PR of 384 lbs, dicked around with around 320 ish in the suit after. I was surprised I got much better in the suit despite not being in it for a very long time. Hit depth or very close to it on most attempts, even with straps up. Damn there is nothing that prepares you for how tight those straps get in the hole, the pressure in your head is sick! Any ways I will need more practice in the suit to hit PRs that’s fo sho.

DE Squat Day 11/6/10

Box Squat
1x1 140kg
1x1 152.5kg
1x1 164.5kg (PR)
1xM 170kg

Add Suit
About 6 sets from 120kg-140kg?

So the 170kg I got off the box with but couldn’t stand up with it, need to get stronger, more slag!!!
