ME Squat Day
Hit up GMs today for ME.Nothing about GMs is fun!! Hit 120kg for 5 reps tho so that was good, I will admit that my GMs are not super deep but i always stop just before my back rounds out, still got a tonne of work for the back and PC tho.Moved to deadlifts next these were super tough with a fatigued back.I pulled 1 rep sumo then 1 conv for about 6-8 sets then hit abs.Good day.
