Default Natural HGH Levels

Hey gang,

I'm new here and I was wondering if anyone can provide me with some information or point me to some links where I can find it. A little info about me first, though. I've been lifting for a while now and although I'm not a novice, I'm not a bodybuilder either. Not sure about the flaming here as I am new, so I may get flamed for this. But I have been working out on a Bowflex Revolution for about a year with pretty fantastic results. I used to workout like crazy until in 2001, I suffered a severe fracture to my left arm training Jiu-Jitsu. I became severely depressed and really let my self go. Since I've been back to working out regularly, I've lost over 50lbs (probably 70lbs of body fat, but added muscle) and gained quite a bit of new muscle. I do a 15 minute light cardio warmup and then do a full body workout during which I work each muscle group to failure for one set, 8-12 reps. I supplement with ZMA, tribulus, and protein. As I said, I'm no pro. But what I do has been very effective for what I want to accomplish so far.

Enough about me, now for my question. I have read recently about a workout called Sprint 8. You progressively sprint for short bursts, 60-70 yards, increasing the intensity on each one, until you acheive a full out, maximum exersion and intensity sprint on the last one. Supposedly, this greatly increases your body's natural HGH production. Is there a way that I can incorporate this workout into my current exercise routine so that I can reap the benefits of this increased HGH production in my lifting also? I currently lift Mon, Wed, and Fri, and sprint Tue and Thurs.

I guess a more simple way to ask this question would be to ask how long are these increased HGH levels in my blood?

Thanks,

Kevin
