Well I made a judgment call and decided that I want to take the creatine just the way I always do because this is what I would of done had I purchased it anyway.
On lifting days Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday I will take with my pre and post shakes 4:30am and 6:15am
On non-lifting days I will take in the morning and afternoon.
Today was the first day 7/14/05 did back and tri’s
Just got me a new string back tank top and it makes me look huge. ;) Not that I didn’t anyway so I was kind of pumped up this morning for my workout.
