Leg day

Smith squat (warm up per max ot)

last - 405x5,405x5,455x4
today - 455x5,455x5,495x3 (felt balsy today)

leg extension

last - 275x5,275x6
today - 275x5,285x5

straight leg db deads

last - 85x5, 85x5,95x3
today - 95x5,95x5,100x5 (again balsy)

incline db raise (i'm still trying to figure out my shoulder w.o. I've been having shoulder problems, and its effecting my bench too) max ot warm up

no last
today - 35x5,35x5,40x3

straight bar front raise

no last
today - 65x5,85x5

I will prob. switch these two excersises next week, and do my warm up with straight bar raises, makes more sense as a mass builder.
