i did hit 162.5 x 3 on the incline...and 50 x 5 on chins for a small pr.
this week:
monday: sumos: 230 x 3, 220 x 3 x 2
pistols with very slow neg: +10, 3 x 3
suitcase deads: 65, 3 x 3
slideboard leg curls: +10 x 13, 10
today:
incline bench: 165 x 2, 160 x 3, 157.3 x 3, 150 x 5
pushups: +35 x 10, 9, 9
inverted rows: +10 x 10, 10, 9, 8
rollouts from knees: 2 x fail
