What to do after missing a meal?
I work in retail and it is hard to make the time to eat out side of the lunch period that is alloted. I have tons of responsibility and it is really hard to be efficient at my job with extra breaks. So the premise of this, is that I miss a meal sometimes here and there b/c of work. So, is it adequate to add extra calories to the next meal? Or am I just SOL. Also, I am asking for both situations; bulking and cutting.
