Default Do I have enough rest?

My routine is training 3 days for different body parts and rest the 4th day. From what I read I may not have enough rest. I tried to rest 4th and 5th day, then on 6th day as I train I feel kind of too relaxed muscle and a little loss of strenth. Can anyone advise? Thanks.
