that sounds awfull!!! but i totally wanna try it. just the thought of cottage cheese in a shake sounds bad. i like the idea though. for the original post, add some high caloric foods to your existing meals, like put a table spoon of natty peanut butter in your oatmeal in the morning. and add more to our post workoutlike a banana and table spoon of P.B.
