ME Squat Day
Pulled sumo again today, went pretty well, hit 482lbs in the suit, NICE.This fucking suit is looser still now, I left my slipons on and it rode up alot, def felt like I wasnt getting as much out of it if that makes sense.I will up my calories by 250 a day on workout days from now on.I'll run a defecit on non training days.Anyways did ssb split squats after for sets of 8 then abs.Smoked at the end but happy with a strong day.
