Some rolling fro the glutes and piriformis.
Last nights refeed
Chicken and pumpkin lasagne
Huge salad with balsamic vinegar
¾ of a chicken roast
coffee
and a little chocolate
Nice eating, pumkin is probably my favourite veggie, training wise my hams need work, they will get a lot more GHRs as warm-ups for a while until I can do them with added weight.
