hey everyone.....just checking out some different boards.....i'm on many OLM, M-U, MC, and about a dozen others.....i'm an NPC middleweight competitor and have been bodybuilding for just over 20 years (although had a few year break in there somewhere due to life).....been in the gear game on and off since the mid 90's and really involved over the last 3 years nonstop (have made my best gains blast and cruise style)......over the years i've had the great opportunity to work with and train along with several national level npc guys as well as a handful of past ifbb pros......any questions don't hesitate to ask....also i'm a die hard Packers and Badgers fan....
