DE Squat Day
Tore it up today, squats were on point, stance was out wiiiideee, felt very strong.Used the SSB for doubles then worked up singles to 110kg on the bar.Strong lift although I tend to lose my upper back arch with this bar if I am not conscious of it. Moved to bulgarains next then hit WOD, good day.
