ME Bench Day
Hit the MPs again today, had a decent workout, hit what I think is a PR (still womanly).I managed 135lbs for a steady single. Did a bunch of other singles then a rep set.Moved to chins, back and traps etc is still gassed from Mondays pulls so I hit 2 sets then did some tris and called it a day. I did do a couple sets of 1 arm DB swings to finish, these will be added in regularly from now on, good movement.
