DELOAD Squat Day
Feeling a little beat, just a bit flat, did not want to go 10-15 rounds with the SSB+ Bands today so I free squatted.Worked up to a PR of about 438ish I beleive.Shoulda went 200kg or 440 lbs dammit.Anyways squats felt good havent free squatted in probably over 6 months but held it down.Need to bring my stance in a tad and get a faster descent should help me get that last inch depth I need.Did some rep work GMs and had to shoot to a physio appointment.Gonna pig out and watch tv tonight.Yay.

Straps Up
1x2 160kg (Just to feel em out super easy)
GMs
1x8 100kg
2x10,8 110kg (+9kg bar)
Feeling good, I set a goal of 140kg raw for 20 off my parallell box a long time ago, with those GMs I reckon I would be close.I'll test one of these days!
