Bench Day

So I built the kids a sandpit this week and now the fun part. Filling it up! Shovelled about 1 tonne of sand into the bloody thing then tried to bench. Warmups felt great up to about 2 plates then it was like I instantly forgot what little I know about how to bench. I kept belly dumping it turning the press into a front raise bench press combo.Sigh………. Anyways did some rows after and then a rep set of CG pushups, these are cool, awesome swole of these.

Bench Day 9/10/10

Bench Paused

1x1 80kg
1x1 90kg
1x Splat 97.5kg
1x1 90kg FAST
1x Splat 92.5kg (WTF?)
5x5 various weights

Dumbell Rows
1x8 30kg
1x8 35kg
1x25 35kg

CG Pushups
1x15+8+5 RP +15kg
