ME Squat Day

Toe dat bar up today! Used SSB pin squats for ME today, destroyed my last workouts effort and hit 127.5kg for a top single, then hit a rep PR.Took the belt off and did a shitload of RDLs, finished with heavy situps and RHs. Real good day, felt very strong.

ME Squat Day 11/10/10

SSB Pin Squat

1x1 90kg
1x1 102.5kg (PR)
1x1 105kg (PR)
1x1 107.5kg (PR 280lbs for Ex)
1x6 90kg

RDLs

5x8 Up To 110kg x10

Roman Chair Situps
1x10 +25kg
2x10 +40kg

RHs
1x 25

Side note I had to stuff a piece of foam inside my belt before I levered it now, I have lost so much gut that when I lever the belt I can fit my whole hand into it, looks like I need to either rework a couple new holes or buy a smaller belt! Good and bad problem to have I guess.
