Yeah i know that but mate 3x weekly is not the case i was doing split training like told you 2 muscles per week i mean workingout 4 days and 3 days rest but this new instructor told me i have to work my whole body daily which means
1) Chest
2) biceps
3)Triceps
4) Back
5)Shoulders
6)Leg section includes(Thighs, Claves, Hamstrings)
He said i have to workout on all above body parts daily without giving anybody part rest and more over he said i have to workout 6 days a week only i day off
thats what i am asking about my old routine is good or this new intense insane workout lol i am okay with both just wat to know that too much workout going to kill the growth of muscle or i'll be all right because i read somewhere that each muscle needs 24 to 48 hours to recover please reply abd help me out i'll be thankfull to you for this kindness.
