DE Squat Day

Used a blue and orange band today, ****ing strong tension that was, used about 115kg of bar weight and did my doubles.Wanted to push a couple extra sets but had a slight mishap whilst racking the bar and ended up dumping it. Brand new ELEIKO bar hit the floor hard. (cries). Did some GMs next but was super gassed from the squats so did not set the rep PR I was after. Finished with some 1 arm DB swings. Good day, just tough.

DE Squat Day 15/10/10

Box Squat + Blue and Orange Bands
1x2 90kg
6x2 95kg

GMs Wide

6 sets up to 1x4 95kg (wanted to hit 8+ Reps!)

1 Arm DB Swings
3x10 up to 35kg

EXTRA Workout that night
Reverse Crunches
2x15 +10kg
1x8 +12.5kg

Hip Thrusts
2x30?
