Try protein sludge its great for gaining,

all you do is add 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and mix with water until you get a sludgey mix, you can add 100g of frozen blueberrys if you want.

put it in the freezer for 10 minutes and enjoy!

If your looking for meals try chicken, eggs, fish such as sammon, cod or tuna even pasta is good for bulking up.
