Default Can I tailor a weight lifting program to help calisthenics?

My usual weight lifting workout was geared towards gaining muscle....but now I want to switch over to something that will help me improve muscle endurance and my calesthincs. Can anyone help me with the overall structure(for example sets, recovery time, exercises, times per week)?
