Get a george foreman grill. I thaw mine in the microwave for a minute a side or so then throw it on the grill and it takes around 7 minutes. That's like under 15min from frozen to ready ... do you not have 15 min? My grill can also fit easily 4 large chicken breasts at once ... maybe more?

Also, I buy chicken breasts in 4kg boxes. They are about $35 but much cheaper than buying them 2, 4, or 6 at a time.

That or you can use your over to cook a bunch of them at a time. Takes a bit longer but you could do a whole week's worth at once.
