Yes, every Monday and Thursday.
Do you do only those numbers listed or is that just your best?
A bit of both.
My usual work out is as such (I increased some weights):
Benchpress: 3x8 165lb
Squat: 3x8 185lb
deadlift: 3x8 175lb
Bent-over Rows: 3x8 100lb
Dips: bodyweight + 45lb 3x8
Chin-ups: bodyweight + 10lb 3x10 (although so far it's more like 10,6,6)
Shoulder Press: 60lb 3x8
