this was an awesome workout, did all this with only 108g carbs all day before the lift. took betancourt grape bullnox preworkout and that shit is life changing. literally. also took an extra 2 caps pre workout been doing this lately and noticin a diff in my lifts for the better.

wasnt feeling it today, another low low carb day.

have enough pills for 3 more days. which means ill end on a high carb day which is nice, ill update my next two lifts then after that ill do a full review.

so far this is a solid natty product.
