Thoughts
A good start to week 3 of the 5/3/1. Woohoo!
Some good news: I measured the old biceps the other day and the right is 15.75" and the left is 15.5". This is an inch up from last time I measured (long ago) but I'm still happy. Improvements are good!
Oh and thanks Hits! I already feel like I could smash that weight if I were to do it again.
