Agree with the previous post re:NO products.

Try 2-3 grams of l-tyrosine with a cup of coffee (or green tea if your caffeine tolerance is low). That's a good, inexpensive "boost" and it's all I ever use.

A lot of the pre workout supps are over-hyped (like everything else).
